This color challenge begins on Monday, August 8th and runs everyday through Friday, August 12th. All LIVE Zoom calls are from 9am EST to 10am EST.
Day One - Yellow!
We kick off this FREE challenge by focusing on laughter. Laughter really is good medicine. What color comes to mind when you think of laughter and joy? We think of yellow. Yellow brightens your day, inspires laughter, joy and smiles.
Day Two Orange!
On Day 2 of the 5 Day Color Challenge we’re exploring Orange as inspiration for creativity.
If you’ve been stuck in a colorless rut it’s time to break free. Let’s look at how Orange can shake things up and spark creativity in your work, home, relationships and clothing.
Day Three Blue/Purple!
On Day 3 we explore how blue & purple foods feed your brain? These colors also enhance spiritual practices like prayer & meditation.
If you’re struggling with brain fog, forgetting where you put your keys or chronic headaches, perhaps you need more blue/purple in your life to stimulate your brain.
Day Four - Green!
On Day 4 we explore green. Have you noticed that green is the most abundant color in nature? It must be very important. Green brings calm and peace to your day and green foods are loaded with antioxidants to keep your heart and lungs healthy.
Day Five - Red!
Red is often associated with love, action and passion. While we often relate red to heart health, it actually represents gut and immune health.
Finding ways to tame the flames of inflammation in your body and mind encourages gut healing and a stronger immune response.
